Cancellation Policies

• Cancellation Deadline:   2 Days prior to arrival.  
  Late Cancellation Penalty: 3 Nights 
  Applies: Sunday - Saturday(12/21/2016 - 6/30/2018)
• Other cancellation charged may apply with your booking agent and/or airline supplier.
• Deposits & Booking fees are non-refundable

$225.00 per person is required to book. This amount includes a $25.00 booking fee to Diamond & Elite Club Travel. The deposit is non-refundable unless Travel Insurance is purchased. 

Final Payment: 

Final payment is due NO LATER than March 15, 2017. The initial credit/debit card used for deposit will automatically be charged for your final payment if it has not been paid. No payments will be accepted after that and that will cause forfeiture of any payments made and your entire trip. NO EXCEPTIONS.

    • Refunds for cancellations will be processed by United Vacations.
    • United Vacations must be notified of the cancellation prior to airport check-in in order to be eligible for a refund. Contact your travel agent or United Vacations at 1-888-854-3899.
    The following items are not refundable under Premier Vacation Protection
    • "No show" situations where the traveler does not check in and denied boarding situations are not covered.
    • Air not purchased from United Vacations.
    • If the number of individuals occupying a room decreases, the remaining travelers will be responsible for additional costs incurred as a result of a change in the per person occupancy rate.
    • Premier Vacation Protection must be purchased by all passengers ages 2 years and older on the booking.
    • Nonrefundable travel agent fees may be included in your package price. Please consult your travel agent.
