Deposit due upon booking. $25 of the deposit amount is a non-refundable booking fee. There is a 50% cancellation charge of deposit if cancelled BEFORE 45 days prior to arrival. There is a 100% cancellation charge of deposit if cancelled AFTER 45 days prior to arrival.
